Anaheim Demolition Experts is a CSLB C-21 licensed demolition contractor serving Anaheim, Anaheim Hills, the Platinum Triangle, and the surrounding cities of Orange County. For more than two decades our crews have handled house demolition, pool removal, garage and ADU teardowns, interior gut-outs, and commercial demolition for property owners, general contractors, and developers throughout North Orange County. We run every project in-house, from the initial site walk-through and Anaheim permit filing to South Coast AQMD asbestos coordination, Cal/OSHA-compliant teardown work, and final debris hauling, so clients deal with one crew and one fixed-price quote instead of juggling subcontractors.
Our Story
What started as a small crew taking on driveway and fence removal jobs around Anaheim grew, project by project, into a full-service demolition company handling everything from kitchen strip-outs to multi-building commercial teardowns. Word of mouth from contractors and homeowners who valued straight answers and clean job sites did most of the growing; today that same crew mentality, careful planning before the first swing of the breaker, clear communication with the property owner, and a site left ready for the next phase, still drives how every job gets run.
Our Purpose
We exist to give Orange County property owners a demolition partner they don't have to manage, one that shows up on time, quotes honestly, follows every Anaheim and SCAQMD regulation without being asked twice, and leaves a site safer and cleaner than the contract requires. That means sorting concrete, metal, and wood for recycling instead of the landfill whenever possible, protecting neighboring structures and streets during every teardown, and treating a demolition permit as a responsibility to the surrounding neighborhood, not just paperwork to clear before the equipment arrives.
